Our terms and conditions appear below.

1. Payments for deposit and booking fees
will be accepted by cash, cheque, postal order or credit card.
The balance of your Account for self catering holidays must
be paid one month before the commencement of your Holiday.
2. No bookings can be accepted from groups of either young men
or women unless by previous arrangement.
3. Bookings for holiday accommodation will only be accepted
on a completed and signed Booking Form together with a deposit
of £50.00 per week.
4. Bookings are accepted in the order of deposits received.
5. In the event of cancellation, we would like to point out
that a booking is a contract and deposits will only be returned
if the accommodation is re-let, so please inform us early if
you have to cancel.
6. Bookings will not be accepted for more people that the numbers
quoted on the brochure for each unit.
7. If you do not expect to arrive by 12 noon on the day after
your booking commences kindly advise us by fax or recorded delivery
letter. If we do not receive notice we reserve the right to
re-let.
8. In the event of fire, storm, tempest or any other disaster
which makes your booked accommodation unavailable, we will do
our best to provide you with alternative suitable accommodation.
Failing this we reserve the right to cancel your booking and
return your deposit.
9. In order that you may enjoy your holiday we aim to provide
you with peaceful surroundings. We reserve the right to evict
anyone who causes any excess disturbance, which we consider
may be spoiling other peoples’ holidays or is deemed unacceptable
by the management.
10. Some amenities may be reduced or curtailed according to
season.
11. Dogs must not be left unattended in any holiday accommodation
or allowed to lie on beds or furniture. Please bring your dogs
own bedding. Abuse of these conditions will lead to a ban on
all dogs.
12. Blankets and pillows must not be used outside the accommodation. |
